AQUA TABATA  This 45-minute workout uses Tabata intervals, along with the Aquapole to get a high-intensity cardiovascular & strength-building experience. Aqua Tabata is appropriate for all fitness levels & is one of the most popular forms of high-intensity interval training (HITT). This class consists of eight rounds of exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. No swimming experience is needed for this class.

DEEP WATER WORKOUT  This 45 minute multi-level, heart-pumping deep water workout consists of a warm-up, running intervals, and strength-building exercises with a cool-down stretch. Most of the exercises are performed using a buoyancy belt in water deep enough that you will not touch the pool bottom. The buoyancy belt will suspend you at shoulder level, allowing you to move freely & engage all your muscle groups. Deepwater running is a highly recommended rehabilitation tool for sports injuries as well as an accelerated training method used by athletes & aquatic exercise fans. This class does not require you to know how to swim, but you will need to be comfortable and know how to balance in the water. 

AQUAPOLE  Developed in Italy in 2010, this amazing multi-level 45-minute workout will allow you to super-train yourself in the water using the aquapole for grounding. The buoyancy of your body weight in the water helps the execution of the strength training exercises much without burdening the joints. In the many different exercises & grips, even the isometric hold, the abdominals are essential for the correct execution of all the positions. All through the workout, the muscles in the legs & arms are involved. No swimming experience is needed for this class.
