Baby and Me
Ages 2 months - 16 months

Student / teacher ratio 6:1
Class length: 30 minutes, once per week
Skills: Babies learn breath control, balance, and buoyancy through a series of songs and games in our
AQUATIC CLASSROOM®.
Safety skills including underwater submersions, back floats, and grasping the wall are practiced. Goggles are encouraged and fins are introduced by 12 months of age.
*NOTE* All swimmers 36 months old or younger must wear a reusable swim diaper. Disposable swim diaper may be worn underneath if desired.
Toddler and Me
Ages 14 - 36 months
1 caretaker and 1 toddler
Student / teacher ratio 6:1
Class length: 30 minutes, once per week
Skills: All toddlers learn breath control, balance, and buoyancy as well as propulsion through kicking and paddling. Toddlers who progress past the Green Ribbon independent swim requirement will be taught UP-FACES® and back swims. Songs and games are used throughout. Safety skills include underwater submersions, back floats, and climbing out at the wall. Goggles and fins are encouraged.
*NOTE* All swimmers 36 months old or younger must wear a reusable swim diaper. A disposable swim diaper may be worn underneath if desired.

Level 1
Age groups 3-5, 6-10, Teen, Adult
Student / teacher ratio 4:1
Class length: 30 minutes, once per week
Skills: Level 1 is where students with little to no swimming experience become comfortable in their AQUATIC CLASSROOM®. They will learn to sit jump into and climb out of the pool, and swim up to 6 feet independently with fins.

Level 2
Age groups: 3-5, 6-10, Teen, Adult
Student / teacher ratio: 4:1
Class length: 30 minutes, once per week
Skills: Students who have graduated Level 1 will be working on front and back skills including
UP-FACES®, back swims, floating, and weaning off of fins.

Class length: 30 minutes, once per week
Skills: Safety skills including treading water and no equipment swims. Endurance skills including breath control,
UP-FACES®, underwater swimming, and surface dives. Technical skills including blended breathing, and introduction to strokes and dives.

Student / teacher ratio: 4:1
Class length: 30 minutes, once per week
Skills: Continue safety and endurance skills including Elementary Backstroke and longer underwater swims. Technical strokes including Freestyle and Backstroke, racing dives, and an introduction to the kicks needed for Breaststroke (frog kicks) and Butterfly (
WIGGLE BUTTS®).

Skills: Technical strokes including competitive Breaststroke and Butterfly, Underwater
WIGGLE BUTTS®, and Racing Dives all come together in our
